There were as adjudicators Anu Malik, Sonu Nigam, Farah Khan, Javed Akhtar, Alisha Chinai, Udit Narayan, Sonali Bendre, Kailash kher, Sunidhi Chauhan, Salim Merchant. The winner of Indian Idol gets 5 Award  5000000 rupee, a Suzuki GS-150R motorbike, a Tata winger platinum car and chance to be playback singer in an impending movie of Yash Raj Films.112 contestants have been chosen from thousand of contestants.
